Ishiguro Mikiro

Ishiguro Mikiro was born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1980. He graduated from Saga Art Junior College VCD1 in 2000. In 2015, Ishiguro moved to Wachi in Kyotanba Town, Funai District, Kyoto Prefecture, and began creating works using materials sourced from the forest. Since 2019, he has been presenting his works in solo exhibitions. Ishiguro was a finalist for the LOEWE FOUNDATION CRAFT PRIZE 2025.
